Cosy and comfortable - 134 generously designed rooms and apartments spread over three buildings offer first-class comfort at 4-star level for your stay - whether you are travelling alone, as a couple or with the whole family. You can choose between Comfort, Superior or First Class.

The design mix of our superior double rooms exudes comfort from the very first minute. In addition, there's plenty of space with approx. 25 m2, an oversized bed (210 x 200 cm) and first-class additional equipment: coffee machine, 40-inch TV, various USB ports, minibar & safe. The beds have comfort toppers and hygiene pad and can also be placed as 2 single beds.

Regardless of whether the cattle for our #steakwerkstatt were grazing here in the Freisinger Land region or enjoying the endless expanses of the Midwest in the USA - the most important thing is that the quality of their meat impresses our chefs.

They then convince you, our guests, of the outstanding flavour with their skill and refined recipes. Choose your personal favourite steak with the matching side dishes, a dry-aged beef from our in-house maturing cabinet, a special cut from the daily special or would you like something vegan or vegetarian today?
